1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SM Fashion, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To make purchases, you may need to create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3. Products and Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
• Product availability is subject to stock
• Images are representative; actual products may vary slightly

4. Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
• We accept UPI payments for online orders
• Cash payment is available for walk-in purchases
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason

5. Store Pickup

For store pickup orders:

• Collect your order within 7 days of confirmation
• Bring a valid ID and order confirmation
• Uncollected orders may be cancelled after 7 days

6. Loyalty Points

• Points are earned on qualifying purchases
• Points can be redeemed on future purchases
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred
• We reserve the right to modify the loyalty program

7. Limitation of Liability

SM Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the state where our store is located.
