- Exchange: Replace with the same or similar product
- Store Credit: Credit added to your account for future purchases
- Refund: Original payment method (processing time: 5-7 business days)
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Items without original tags
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Items returned after 48 hours without prior approval
- Items marked as "No Return" or "Final Sale"
