  • For store pickup, please inspect items before leaving the store

  4. Upon verification, we will process your refund or exchange

5. Refund Options

  • Exchange: Replace with the same or similar product
  • Store Credit: Credit added to your account for future purchases
  • Refund: Original payment method (processing time: 5-7 business days)

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without original tags
  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Items returned after 48 hours without prior approval
  • Items marked as "No Return" or "Final Sale"
